SHIPPING POLICY
Our golf ball store processes all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized golf ball orders may take additional time due to design review, preparation, and printing, which usually requires 3–7 business days depending on the complexity of the customization.
Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination, typically ranging from 5–10 business days for standard shipping and 3–5 business days for express shipping where available.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to order quantity, destination, and shipping method. Once an order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details if provided by the courier. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our products, all personalized or custom golf ball orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
Non-customized (standard) golf balls may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide proof of purchase along with clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns caused by customer error, including incorrect customization details or shipping information, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will review the issue and offer a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
